Please note:

1) We provide the one package service with authenticity checks and accreditation checks. In order to eliminate our client's hassle of having to go through in the verification process, our service as a default contains accreditation checks of the awarding institution. The separate service of authenticity checks and accreditation checks are not available on our one package service.

2) Your candidate's graduation certificate directly sent from the awarding institution to GPC Gateway's designated address either in Japan or Singapore is required via courier or mail. As for benefits to clients, you can receive our verification proof on time without any delay. Even if the candidate’s institutions do not accept the verification request by a third-party verification agency according to with the Act on the protection of Personal Information Act in Japan, GPC Gateway will utilise the certificate which received without the candidate's compilation and editing regarding the issuance to receipt as a proof of document.

3) The number of working days indicated above are the working days required for GPC Gateway to submit our deliverables from the receipt of all necessary information of the candidate.

1) GPC Gatewayでは、Authenticity checks（候補者自身の学歴の確認） と Accreditation checks （教育機関の認定状況の確認）をワンパッケージでご提供しております。お客様の確認の手間を省くため、弊社のサービスでは、Accreditation checks を予めサービスに含めており、Authenticity checks と Accreditation checks を別々には行っておりません。

2) 卒業証明書（英文）は、教育機関（大学等）から、GPC Gatewayの指定住所（日本またはシンガポール）へ、直接、宅配便または郵送にてお送りいただく必要があります。候補者自身からの卒業証明書（英文）の提出は受付ができません。この理由として、一定の日本の教育機関（大学等）は、個人情報保護法の施行に伴い、EP取得予定の候補者の同伴を伴わない、第三者による学歴照会を受け付けておりません。もしくは、教育機関（大学等）により、時には学部により独自の手続きフローを設けており、それらを都度、確認する手間が、お客様の人事部や候補者で発生します。お客様にとって、卒業証明書を弊社に直接ご送付いただくメリットは、個々の大学の手続の遅れや、第三者機関への開示に要する日数が想定以上にかかってしまうといった不確実な要素に左右されず、お客様自身のコントロール下において、スケジュールに沿う形で、弊社が発行する証明書を遅滞なく受け取ることができる点です。万が一、個人情報保護法に基づき、第三者証明機関による証明依頼を、EP取得予定の候補者の教育機関（大学等）が受付していない場合でも、GPC Gatewayでは、発行から受領まで受験者の編集・校正を経ることなく受領した卒業証明書（英文）を元に認証手続を行います。

3) 上記に記載した所要日数は、GPC Gatewayが候補者の必要なすべての情報を受領してから成果物を提出するまでに要する日数です。お申込み日からの成果物を提出するまでの所要日数では無い点にご留意ください。
